- Weeding proposal allows CMT to go in and deal with ghost holds.
- Proposal asks for requirement to include automatic weeding that would automatically remove expired titles.

- This creates a heavy burden for the Collection Management Team.

- James Gonzalez from Midwest Tape sent a proposal to potentially create a statewide hoopla consortium.
